  • DESIGN
    Our cooling towers are in counter flow induced draft modular design to ensure optimum cooling performance.
  • CASTING
    Our cooling towers are made of Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP). It has sufficient strength to withstand wind velocity and other impacts.
  • FAN-MOTOR
    Aluminum LM-6 casted, axial flow type fan directly driven with motor T.E.F.C.Weather-proof IP 55 enclosure suitable for outdoor mounting.
  • PVC FILL
    Made of rigid Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in honeycomb type design ensuring optimum time of contact between water and air resulting in enhanced cooling.
  • DRAFT ELIMINATOR
    Made of rigid PVC to reduce carry over losses of water distribution system. Made of static pipe with multiple branches coupled with polypropylene spray nozzles to ensure uniform water distribution.
  • INSPECTION WINDOW
    Provided to monitor proper distribution of spray nozzles and other segments of the cooling tower.
  • MAINTENANCE
    Negligible maintenance cost because fan is the only moving part of the tower.
  • FRP BASIN (Optional)
    Deep sump basin with make-up, over flow and drain connection.
  • INSTALLATION
    Being compact and light weight, it allows roof installation, saving on structural & masonry costs.
